If something comes up before the seminar and you can't make it, don't fret! Just call our customer service department to let us know, and we'll gladly provide you with a full refund.

The KelbyOne Live customer service number is (800) 201-7323 and accepts calls Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), 9:00am – 5:30pm (Eastern Time).

The seminar workbook and a card with the code for the free download of Scott’s online course, “Create a Photo Book in Lightroom CC,” will be provided upon check in the day of the seminar. Within a week after the seminar, you will receive an email with the URL for the private web page with your 10 Lightroom presets, videos, gear guide, and tour Q&A.
You are requested to provide your own lunch. A 1-hour lunch break is built into the schedule so attendees may do whatever they would like during this time. Many convention centers offer cafés and restaurants on the premises, and many do not. We suggest bringing a lunch and snacks for the day, or locating restaurants within walking distance of the seminar. Our staff will be available the day of the event to offer recommendations on local restaurants.
Unfortunately no video or voice recording is permitted during our seminars but you will get a very detailed workbook so you can refer back to all lessons of the seminar when you get home.
The registration desk opens at 9:00am. The seminar begins promptly at 10:00am. We ask that all attendees arrive with enough time to check in and find a seat before 10:00am. Seating is first-come, first-served. We present on large, bright video projection screens that are easily visible from any seat. While there is no bad seat in the house, the earlier you arrive the more likely you are to get the seat you want!
Lightroom on Tour is a lecture-style seminar so leave your heavy camera equipment at home unless you just want to shoot for fun or get a picture with Scott!
You may dress as casual or as dressy as you would like. We want you to be as comfortable as possible. We do however, recommend that you bring along a sweater or jacket. Many of the venues can be quite chilly.
We're happy to provide interpreting services for the hearing impaired. Please contact us no later than 3 weeks prior to your seminar date to allow appropriate arrangements to be made.

Of course! One of the best things about our seminars is the opportunity to speak face-to-face with Scott, the instructor. Ask your most-pressing Lightroom questions, get your books autographed, or simply take a photo with him!

You'll be given plenty of time for this, during breaks, lunch, and after the event. This is one of Scott's favorite elements of the seminar—so be sure to stop by the stage and say, “hi!”

You are responsible for parking fees and arrangements. Parking garages, lots, or spaces near the seminar may charge for parking, and prices may vary. We recommend you visit the website of the venue listed for your particular city for information on parking locations and fees.
A willingness to learn, and maybe a pen! All of our seminar tours offer detailed workbooks which outline each step-by-step technique and tutorial taught in the classroom. The workbooks have several “notes” sections should you find yourself wanting to jot anything down. But ultimately we want you to sit back and enjoy your day of learning, without feeling like you need to scramble to take notes.

KelbyOne guarantees our seminar with a 100% money-back guarantee. If you’re dissatisfied for any reason, you can simply contact our customer service department up to 10 days after your seminar, and we'll gladly provide you with a full refund.

The KelbyOne Live customer service number is (800) 201-7323 and accepts calls Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), 9:00am – 5:30pm (Eastern Time).
