When will the conference go live?
The Conference will begin at 11am ET on July 14th. There will be several different sessions throughout the day that will each have different designated times and locations. All of the exact start times, details, and links will be emailed to registered attendees prior to the event. There will be a few optional sessions starting on July 13th. See the schedule for full details.
If I miss anything during the live conference will there be a recorded version for me to watch later?
Yes, all attendees will have unlimited access to all recorded conference sessions through the end of the year. Access will expire on Jan. 1, 2021.
What is the Early Bird discount and when does it expire?
Our Early Bird discount will save you $150 off our full conference rate of $299 and is valid until July 13th, 2020 at 11:59pm ET. Simply fill out the registration form and your discount will automatically be applied! What are you waiting for? Register now and pay only $149!
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel before July 13th, 2020 at 11:59 PM ET you are eligible for a 100% refund. No refunds for cancellations after July 13th, 2020 at 11:59 PM ET.
How do I log in to access the live broadcast?
After purchasing a conference ticket, attendees will immediately receive an email with a link to set up their account password. A few days prior to the live event, all registered attendees will receive a link via email directing them to the location of the event. Attendees will be asked to provide their email address used when registering and the password created before gaining access.
I didn't receive my create password email. What do I do?
Please contact customer service at info@kelbyone.com at your earliest convenience so we can get your account set up prior to the event.
What do I need to attend?
All you need is an internet connection, a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone, and the desire to learn more about Photoshop.
Will the instructors be providing any downloads for their sessions?
Yes, some of the instructors may provide asset files or short video tutorial wrap-ups. All downloadable files will be able to be accessed on the live event page 48 to 72 hours after the event has completed.
Can I switch between track A and track B?
Yes, you absolutely can! The tracks were created to act as a guide. We have designed the live conference site so that you can very easily switch back and forth as often as you would like, or not at all. It is all up to you.
