When will the conference go live?
The Conference will begin at 11am ET on March 16th, 2021. There will be several different sessions throughout the day that will each have different designated times and locations. All of the exact start times, details, and links will be emailed to registered attendees prior to the event.
If I miss anything during the live conference will there be a recorded version for me to watch later?
Yes. Recorded versions of each session will be posted 5-7 days after the event and you will have access to these sessions for 1 year.
What is the Early Bird discount and when does it expire?
Our Early Bird discount will save you $150 off our full conference rate of $299 and is valid until March 14, 2021 at 11:59pm ET. Simply fill out the registration form and your discount will automatically be applied! What are you waiting for? Register now and pay only $149!
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel before March 14, 2021 at 11:59 PM ET you may put in a request for a 100% refund. No refunds for cancellations after March 14, 2021 at 11:59 PM ET.
How do I log in to access the live broadcast?
All registered attendees (new to KelbyOne Live Events) will be asked to create a login (using a valid email address) and password when purchasing their conference ticket. 24-48 hours prior to the event, all registered attendees will receive a link via email directing them to the location of the live event. Attendees will be asked to provide their username (email address used to register) and password before gaining access to the page. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours of the event please contact customer service at info@kelbyone.com at your earliest convenience so we can get your account set up prior to the event. If you have previously attended a KelbyOne Live Conference you already have an account with us and will simply need to login with the same username and password created for past events.

What do I need to attend?
All you need is an internet connection, a computer/laptop/tablet/smartphone, and the desire to learn more about Travel Photography.
Will the instructors be providing any downloads for their sessions?
Yes, some of the instructors may provide asset files or short video tutorial wrap-ups. All downloadable files will be able to be accessed on the live event page 5-7 days after the event has completed.
Can I switch between track A and track B?
Yes, you absolutely can! The tracks were created to act as a guide. We have designed the live conference site so that you can very easily switch back and forth as often as you would like, or not at all. It is all up to you.
